To form young adults in the Way of Jesus—physically, spiritually, emotionally, relationally, and vocationally—through communities of belonging, mentorship, leadership, and purpose.
This mission is built around one core question:
That is the WayWorks mandate.
Everything we build, teach, lead, steward, or launch must answer that question boldly and consistently.
Before WayWorks had a name…
before the structure, the vision, the leadership,
before the verticals, the plans, the strategies—
there was a stirring.
A quiet, persistent whisper from God:
“There is a generation in motion, but without direction.
They know activity, but not formation.
They know movement, but not The Way.”
And in that whisper, a burden began to grow—
not for a ministry,
not for a program,
but for a movement of spiritual formation that would meet young adults where they are, walk with them as they discover who they are, and lead them into the Way of Jesus.
WayWorks is not a single-issue ministry.
It is a foundation with multiple verticals—
each representing one major domain of a young adult’s formation.
Under the WayWorks umbrella are verticals:
Different entry points.
Same mission.
Same formation.
One identity.
Because the 20s aren’t changed by sermons alone.
They’re changed by:
Movement + belonging + discipleship = transformation.
WayWorks combines all three.
