To form young adults and 30+ aged adults in the Way of Jesus—physically, spiritually, emotionally, relationally, and vocationally—through community engagement, mentorship, leadership, and purpose.
This mission is built around one core question: "How can we accelerate our spiritual growth formed through Faith in Action and community events?"
That is the WayWorks mandate. Everything we build, teach, lead, steward, or launch must answer that question boldly and consistently.
